To celebrate our much-loved Book Fair, we’re launching an exciting Sponsored Read-a-thon (24th Nov - 8th Dec)

Children can read (or be read to) from anything with words - 📕books, 💥comics, 📰magazines, 📃menus, 🌐websites, ✒️poems, 🧃cereal boxes, even 🧑‍🍳recipes! Every word counts.

🏆Most minutes in each year group: wins a new book, book voucher and trophy!

🏆Read all 14 days: earn a special certificate

🏆Highest fundraiser in each year group: your name will be written inside a new library book 

How to take part

We've gone digital this year! It will help us reach more people, claim Gift Aid, see how sponsorship is progressing and raise more money. Every child can create their very own fundraising page, connected to our campaign and share it with friends and family to raise sponsorship. 

Quick start to sponsorship

1. Register on Superkind here. A parent clicks the email approval link so your child can log in.

2. Log in and, on the same device, open the campaign for your year group below. Click ‘Join this Campaign’, set a personal target, title your page and publish. Keep gift aid on and end date as 8th December. TIP: when setting up, just use first name initial and surname to enhance privacy eg 'J Waters' for Johnny Waters. If you upload a photo in the header image, that will be visible to anyone using the link.

3. Share your page with anyone who would like to sponsor you and log your reading minutes.

Log every reading session using the form below for your year group. Anyone can log minutes for you - your parent, carer, childminder, family member or friend.
