What happens at the meeting?

• The Chair and Treasurer will share their reports on past and planned activities, fundraising and spending. 

• Members to vote to elect our committee members/trustees : Chair, Treasurer, Secretary (current vacancy) and Events Manager.

The meeting is your chance to have your say and ask any questions, so please come along and meet the team and fellow members.
